Benefiting from a comprehensive professional restoration and custom build, it looks fabulous with the exterior and interior meticulously restored utilizing as many original parts as possible in the process, including all of its original Shelby fiberglass items, the roll bar and the shoulder harnesses. Power is delivered by a 427 side oiler stroked to 482 CI, dyno- rated at 674 HP with a custom-ground solid-lifter Comp cam with a 0.696 lift intake profile, plus a forged and hardened stroker crankshaft, Eagle H-beam rods, ARP bolts, an MSD Pro Billet distributor, Dove roller rockers with end stands, fully ported and polished Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, and a Dove 2x4 aluminum intake mounting dual Quick Fuel carburetors. Outstanding supporting items include an aluminum water pump, McLeod billet flywheel, custom billet high-flow fuel pump, 0.5- inch solid fuel line, vintage 427 fuel filter, cast finned aluminum oil pan, cast Blue Thunder valve covers, a one-off custom set of 2-inch billet cog belt blower style pulleys, ceramic-coated FPA headers and a cast 2x4 air cleaner. The 10.9:1 compression ratio allows the engine to run on pump gasoline. Spent gases are removed by a modified Magnaflow 3-inch stainless exhaust system with electric cutouts that are activated with a push of the cigarette lighter. Power delivery is via a Tremec TKO 600 5-speed manual transmission sporting a hydraulic clutch inside a QuickTime bellhousing, an aluminum driveshaft with 1350 ends, and a 3.89:1-ratio nodular Detroit Locker center section. Cooling is delivered by a custom aluminum radiator designed to use factory mounts. Underpinnings include Flaming River rack-and-pinion steering and Street or Track fully adjustable coilover suspension incorporating a Watts link and full-floater 3-link rear setup. Finished in an unforgettable red exterior over a black interior treatment, the GT350 sports bucket seats, an AM radio and a tachometer. Stopping is via 4-wheel disc brakes with 13-inch rotors and a parking brake by Street or Track. Coys C-67 wheels provide rolling stock.
