Through Archive Moto, his ongoing research and publishing project, he has contributed and advised a wide variety of books, magazines, film and TV projects, and international museum exhibits that share his passion for motorcycling history. Chris is an associate editor for The Antique Motorcycle, the official magazine of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America, where he also serves as the organization’s archivist, actively working to preserve America’s rich heritage of motorcycle culture. DAVE NEWBURG Dave attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he earned a B.A. in history, focusing primarily on the United States post-reconstruction. Since joining Mecum in 2014, Dave’s research acuity and ability to scrutinize source material have made him a valued member of the presentation department, where he serves as an automotive content specialist. An avid automotive enthusiast from a young age, Dave lives in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, with his wife, Nicole, and son, Rhett, and he enjoys tending to his family’s car collection with his father and uncle. With a background in project proposals and medical grant writing, Brian utilizes his skills for attention to detail as a copy editor and contributing writer for Mecum Auctions. When he isn’t working on Mecum Magazine, you can find Brian restoring classic cars, enjoying the outdoors and working on his next creative writing project. An awarded fiction writer and novelist, Brian has two published books that were partly inspired by his passion for classic automobiles and those who find joy in them. KANE ROGERS An accomplished automotive writer, historian and artist, Kane started as a licensed mechanic working fleet maintenance, later studying graphic arts, illustration and earning a degree in creative writing and editing. Kane’s work has been commissioned by Vintage Motorsport, Monterey Historic Races, the Fangio Museum and Disney, to name a few, and he’s designed websites for Stirling Moss, Phil Hill and others. Joining the Mecum team in 2007, Kane is Mecum’s most seasoned author.
