Following a 10-year stint in banking and financial services during the 1990s and 2000s, Dave was eventually blessed to find his true path in the collector-car business during 2008 as a writer, and he has never looked back. JIM SCHILD Jim Schild is a life-long automobile enthusiast, collector, historian, photographer and writer. Over the past 36 years, he has written 23 automobile-related books, including the award-winning “Fleetwood-The Company & The Coachcraft.” He has written articles for Old Cars Weekly, Special Interest Autos, Mopar Muscle and Mopar Collector’s Guide magazines, and he is the regional editor for the Spirit of St. Louis Region CCCA and the Mid-America Region RROC. He is a master Judge for the CCCA. Jim and his wife, Myrna, belong to 12 local and national car clubs and own 11 collector cars ranging from 1909 to 1965. Kane’s work has been commissioned by Vintage Motorsport, Monterey Historic Races, the Fangio Museum and Disney, to name a few, and he’s designed websites for Stirling Moss, Phil Hill and others. Joining the Mecum team in 2007, Kane is Mecum’s most seasoned author. He resides in Peachland, British Columbia, with his high school sweetheart, Dee. KELLEN OLSHEFSKI Before joining the Mecum team in the latter part of 2016, Kellen held several positions, from correspondent to editor, at a Southeast Wisconsin newsgroup. On top of serving as a copy editor at Mecum Auctions, Kellen additionally puts his writing experience to use through contributing feature articles and promotional copy.
